We sell books, magazines and downloads since 2006.

We’re a small and reliable company:

We only sell our own products – no third party providers! If a title is in stock, it means it’s in our stock and will ship right away.

One person only handles orders, payments, shipments and support.

 

Shipping information

We usually ship your items the same day, carefully packaged in sturdy, non-transparent parcels.

We ship worldwide. About half of our customers live in Europe, and the other half in the US (almost all states) and in Oceania.

We ship by regular First Class Air Mail from Germany. We are not responsible for lost packages, unless you have chosen “registered mail” at checkout. However, there have been very few problems with shipping over the years. If you experience any problems, just email us at info (at) ilovemags.com.

 

Payment information

The main means of payment is by credit card (VISA and MasterCard only). At checkout you’ll be forwarded to the secure servers of Dibs, meaning we never see your credit card details. Dibs is Scandinavia’s leading payment processor. We have a contract with them since 2008, and never had any problems.

It’s not uncommon for US customers to have payment problems. This is most likely due to 3D Secure (also called “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard SecureCode”). This is a security system that is more common in Europe. It is your bank/card issuer who gives your card 3D Secure if you ask for it. Sometimes the payment problem is temporary; it can be worthwhile to simply try again.

If you pay by credit card and order downloads or donations, your downloads or passwords will become available immediately. For this reason we can’t offer refunds for downloads and donations.

We also accept bitcoins, just follow the instructions when checking out. If you pay by bitcoin, there will be a delay before your downloads or passwords will become available, since we toggle the order to “completed” manually after having received the funds.

Customers in the EU can pay by bank transfer. Email us for our bank details.

Customers in Germany can pay by German bank transfer (Inlandsüberweisung). Email us for our bank details.

In the case of bank transfers, your items will ship (or downloads become available) when your funds have cleared in our account.

As a last option, it’s possible to send cash (no cheques or money orders) in the mail. Email us for details.

We do not accept Paypal.

 

Order information

Registering an account is voluntary. You can just as easily check out as “guest”.

We don’t need your phone number, just write any number in that field.

If you only order downloads or donations, you can write any name or address, since no physical shipping is involved.

Downloads and passwords become available immediately upon payment: There will be a download link or a password on the receipt page and in an email confirmation.

If you have ordered items that will ship, order status will change to “completed” when they have shipped.

We have the right to turn down orders. Obviously you won’t be charged in such a case. (This rule may apply to customers who have caused us troubles in the past, by for example demanding a refund from their bank despite having received the goods.)

For privacy reasons we don’t keep records of customers or orders, except for the webshop’s function to let you access your downloads and/or track your order.
