Ilovemags.com is a small business - only one person handles your order. This means we take extraordinary care to package your magazines well and ship them as soon as possible - usually the same day.
However, this also means that no orders will ship during holiday breaks, and that support will be limited during these breaks, which will be announced here. There is actually one right now:
Spring Break 2010
No magazines (except Dik) will ship from February 6th, 2010 and until further notice. We expect to be back mid March 2010, but we make no promises since the holiday might be extended.
You can still order, but remember that your magazines will not ship before mid March 2010. For technical reasons, your credit card will be charged when you place the order.
Downloads are not affected by holiday breaks - they will always be available immediately upon payment. Keep in mind we will not be able to provide you the file manually though, in case of technical mishaps.
General Information
All magazines except Dik Fagazine are shipped from Germany with Priority Air Mail. Larger orders are shipped with recommended post. If we use that for your order, you will receive a tracking number in your order update when we have shipped it.
Dik Fagazine ships directly from their offices in Warsaw, Poland. That's why we ask you to place two separate orders if you want to buy both Dik and other magazines, since they won't ship together.
We use high quality (non-see-through) envelopes and parcels. The sender does not say Ilovemags.
Delivery takes 2-3 days within Europe, 3-5 days to the US and Canada, and 4-7 days to the rest of the world.
We follow European law on returns. Contact us for more info.
